Mary Beth Van Blarcom was
raised in Asheville and graduated
from what was then Asheville Country Day School. Although Florida is now
her geographical home, the mountains will always be the home in her
heart. This site was born of that connection as well as the
frustration of trying to find property, vacation rentals and other
information from travel related websites. The dream of having one site
that does it all is now a reality. Prior to her 26 years as a real
estate broker Ms. Van Blarcom was a commercial and fine artist. |

Robert Upchurch is a
native Floridian - yes, there are
a few! During his first trip to the North Carolina mountains at age
seven Robert remembers taking a slide down Sliding Rock which left him
breathless - and the mountains have been taking his breath away ever
since. Prior to beginning a formal career in real estate Mr. Upchurch
owned a computer consulting and training corporation and restored
historic commercial and residential properties. |

Estate Resource was founded in 1998 as a response to consumer demand for
change. Rapidly expanding technology has produced a better-informed
consumer who wants more choices and more control throughout the home
buying / home selling process. In order to earn the consumer’s
business in the future, the real estate professional will have to
provide technical expertise, personal service and flexibility.
The Real
Estate Resource is a Florida licensed real estate broker and member of
the Northeast Florida, Florida and National Associations of Realtors.
Our main office is located in Northeast Florida and currently we operate
two national relocation organizations, and our new mountain properties
division, ClimbEveryMountain.com, “Florida’s
Carolina Connection” for vacation rentals, second homes,
investment properties and complete North Carolina mountain information. |
