The Blowing Rock Art
and History Museum (BRAHM)is
currently under construction in downtown
Blowing Rock and is scheduled to be
completed in the fall of 2011. When it
opens, the Museum will display selections
from its permanent collection along with
rotating exhibits that will fulfill its
mission to promote the visual arts, history
and heritage of the mountains.

RAILROAD was North Carolina's

MYSTERY
HILL is a fascinating exploration
of science, optical illusion and natural
phenomena. Tour includes the Mystery House where
visitors stand at a 45° angle, the Hall of
Mystery, the Puzzle Room, and Bubble-Rama. Also
includes Appalachian Heritage Museum and the
Native American Artifacts Museum with 50,000 relics.
GRANDFATHER
MOUNTAIN is
the highest mountain in the Blue Ridge Mountain range
at an elevation of 5,964 feet. The Mountain is now
operated as a scenic travel attraction and a world-class nature preserve.
The Mile High Swinging Bridge was built to give visitors easy access to
the breath-taking view from Grandfather Mountain's Linville Peak.
